Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Schem Canvas collects, why it is used and the choices available to you. It was last updated on October 28, 2026.

Information we collect

When you use the site without signing in, we create an anonymous browser identifier and record usage counters needed to enforce free limits. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information. We also process the prompts, uploaded images, generated builds and project files you choose to create.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, keep projects private, transfer anonymous projects to your account, operate generation limits, generate requested Minecraft structures, provide downloads and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Schem Canvas uses Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for application hosting, database and private file storage, and an AI model provider to process build prompts. Waffo processes payments and receives your account email, account identifier and purchase details to create checkout and receipts. We do not receive or store full card details. Providers receive only the information required to perform their services and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Signed-in projects and sign-in records are kept until you delete your account data. Minimum order, payment and refund records are retained as needed for accounting, disputes and fraud prevention. An email hash records eligibility for the one-time Starter offer. Deleting an account does not erase these transaction records or restore introductory eligibility. Anonymous projects may be removed after 30 days. Operational logs and security records may be retained for a limited period when needed to keep the service reliable and secure. You can delete your account data from the My projects page.

Cookies and security

We use secure, HTTP-only cookies for anonymous and signed-in sessions and for the temporary Google sign-in flow. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect stored data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can use the basic service without Google sign-in, sign out at any time, revoke Google access in your Google account settings or delete your Schem Canvas account data. For privacy questions, contact support@schemcanvas.com.
